Minimum Stay for peak season (20th December – 1st January)

Period of reservation must be a minimum stay of 5 nights. Any reservation less than the mentioned period is subject to confirmation.

Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7%VAT.

All the above rates are quoted in Thai Baht.

Room Rates are based on single or double occupancy, except for Coconut Family, which is based on 1-4 person occupancy.

All Room Rates include American Breakfast.

Baby cot for child 0-2 years is free of charge

Extra Bed will be charged at 800 Baht per night, inclusive of American Breakfast. (please enquire for availability).

Check – in times: 14:00 hours check – out time: 12:00 hours (noon).

  Children Policy
 
  • 1 child under 12 years sharing the room with parents without extra bed is free of charge.
  • Extra bed for children under 12 years old will be charged 800 Baht per night, inclusive of Breakfast.
  • American Breakfast will be charged 200 Baht per day for children 5- under 12 years.
  • Children under 5 years old, Breakfast is free of charge.
 

Transfer Services

From / To  Samui Airport: 400 Baht / 1-2 persons, for extra person 100 Baht

Nathon Ferry Pier: 600Baht / 1-2 persons, for extra person 100 Baht

  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior arrival deposit is refundable, less bank handling charges of 10%.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival deposit is non- refundable.
  • No show or cancellation; deposit is non refundable.
  • Early check out additional 3 nights will be charged.
  Low season (1 May- 14 Jul & 01 Sep- 20 Dec)
High season (16 Jan-31Apr & 15 Jul- 31 Aug)
 
  • Cancellation more than 14 days in low season / 21 days in high season prior arrival deposit is refundable, less bank handling charges of 10%.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days in low season/ 21 days in high season prior arrival deposit is non-refundable.
  • No show or cancellation; deposit is non-refundable.
  • Early check out additional 1 night will be charge in low season and additional 3 nights will be charged in high season.
